Ⅱ .Composition and maintenance of electric furnace The parts of furnace:

temperature control system

The heating system should ensure good connection of resistance wire,should pay more attention to regularly check for temperature control system,remain intact.Temperature gauges,thermocouples and the compensation wire is recommended for 6 months in the country designated units of measurement calibration time,to ensure the accuracy of temperature.The furnace maximal use temperature shall not exceed 1000°C

Note:The electric operator should have national electrical equipment operation qualification,and read the electric kiln instrument manuals and other technical documents.

1.The temperature system operation

User switch board for electric power transmission,this program have electricity,according the temperature instrument instruction to set(such as P.I.D parameter),according to the requirement of process preparation of heating program,open the heating knob,so that the heating power at 6KW per area,the heating power can be calculated by the following equation

Heating power=instrument voltage×instrument current

Normal heating current:25A,heating voltage:240V.

Heating stop:program temperature after heating,heating end,will stop button rotary closed position.Breaking the user switch.(Read the temperature controller specification)
