introduction: All the hearth materials are made from ceramic fiber product, which is of fast temperature increasing speed, high temperature control precision (±1°C), good temperature holding properties, micro-computer control, automatic temperature maintaining, holding and decreasing properties, and can be stopped when the program is over. Over temperature protection is set, so there is no requirement for operator. Under the circumstances of hydraulic lifting, downward furnace mouth, and high temperature, the furnace door can be opened for circulatory work. The temperature range is 1200°C, 1400°C, 1600°C and 1700°C.There are two shapes of heart, round and square. The round hearth has the specifications as: diameter 300 and height 280mm; diameter 200 and height 200mm. There are two kinds of lifting ways: motor drive lifting system (with load of 30kg) and hydraulic lifting system (with load of 800kg). Parameters of square hearth are as follows:
